We specialize in Bio-friendly Printing and sustainable substrates. Green Designer Prints has the capacity to offer its customers an "On Demand" digital print. With our state-of-the-art digital printing processes, we can print on a variety of materials including banner vinyl, mesh, self adhesive, direct to substrate and now featuring FabriArt (Dye-Sublimation), which prints onto a variety of exotic fabrics. Running each of our state-of-the-art presses is a highly skilled staff that will ensure you meet today's demanding printing requirements, and grueling deadlines.

Our History:
For over 18 years, we have been providing digital printing solutions. What Andy Lotia, CEO of XL Prints, started in 1991 in his garage with little more than a dream, has transformed into a premier printing company in Northern California. Now operating with at an 18,000 square foot facility, XL Prints has truly evolved from dream to reality.

We integrate creativity, strategy and technology to develop custom print and electronic marketing solutions. Our solutions are all designed to leverage your market position and produce optimal results. Our pre-press includes state-of-the-art Mac and PC workstations. Everything from start to finish—pre-press, digital printing, finishing, mounting, laminating, and shipping—is done in-house, making us your ONE-SOURCE solution for digital printing needs. Our state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot facility in Santa Clara, CA, is located next to the San Jose Airport and FedEx main hub, allowing us to meet your shortest deadlines.

As we continue to march on, we realize that our strengths can rightly be manifested in our value delivery through encapsulation of going green philosophy. Where Industries are still scrambling to catch up with the eco friendly printing solutions and debating on its viability, Andy decided to go green without compromising on cost and quality. Green Designer Prints was established to realize this dream. Green Designer Prints goal is to deliver an environmentally friendly printing option at an affordable price to our customers. We assessed the environmental impact of every phase of our operation. We observed that eco-friendly materials were more expensive than the traditional ones. We have used new and traditional ideas in offsetting this added cost and delivering environment friendly banner printing solution at comparable or even reduced cost to our customers. Keeping Mother Nature on top of our agenda, we use green energy (solar and wind) for all of Green Designer Prints’ operations.
