Yes, we do. Our Website automatically gives you a discount when you order more banners. But if you have a large order, please contact our sales department at 1-800-541-7446 and they will be more than happy to assist you.
Do you offer other vinyl banner sizes than the ones listed on your website?
To save cost and be more efficient we have standardized all our banner sizes. But if you like a template on our website and want it in a size not listed, no problem. We print vinyl banners from 1 to 16 feet in height by 75 feet in length. We can modify any template for your needs. There is a computer time charge of $50 and the cost of banner. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-541-7446 for more details.
How many colors can I print?
Our printing process is based on 8 color wide format digital printers. This means we can print millions of colors variations. There is no additional charge for colors.
Can you print on both sides?
You can order two identical banners or two different designs and hang it back to back. We have designed our banners in a manner that when you hang two of them back to back the grommet holes will align closely.
Can I get a special sized banner or vertical banners?
We can make almost any size and shape banner. Just call our 1-800-541-7446 to talk to a customer service representative.
Do the banners have holes (grommets) for hanging and can I get extra?
You can pick from two kind of finishes when placing a banner order. You can pick pole-pockets or pick hem and grommets.��If you need additional grommets, there is a minimum $25 additional charge for custom finishing.
Do the banners have slits for wind?
Our standard banner does not include windslits. To make windslit on your own please refer to our wind-slit guide.
Can I see a design without ordering and giving my credit card number?
You can you look at the digital image of the design on the screen before placing the order. One of the ways we manage to keep our costs so low is by automating the system completely. �This way we can pass the savings on to you, the customer. Can I get a proof?
To keep our system efficient and cost effective we do not offer any proofs. One way our customers choose to do a proof is by ordering a smallest version of the banner and using that as a reference/proof for the bigger banner, or a larger quantity of banners. We highly recommend this if you are ordering a large size banner or multiple quantities.
How long does it take to print my banner?
We take three business days to print and ship your banner.
How long does it take to ship my banner?
Our regular shipping service is UPS ground. It usually takes 1-5 days for your banner to be delivered via UPS Ground depending on your distance from Santa Clara, California. You can also choose from UPS third day, UPS second day, andUPS Next Day Air.
How do I know when my banner has been shipped and how can I track it?
Once we ship your banner we will email you a confirmation email with your tracking information.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost will depend on the size of the banner, quantity, location and type of service. You can get the shipping cost on our automated system before you place your order.
How do I clean and store my banner?
Wash your banner with mild household detergent and water and dry it using a towel.�You should NOT fold vinyl banners.�The best way to store your banner is to roll it and store it in a plastic bag or the shipping box you received the banner in.��Don't store your banner in a damp, hot or humid place. Do not store directly exposed to the sun. Storing it this way will help keep it clean and in good condition for a long time.

We are wide format digital print company who have been in business in Santa Clara, California, for more than 18 years. We are incorporated with the state of California and registered with the secretary of state. We have state-of-the-art digital printing system; efi vutek printers which can print photo realistic up to 16 ft wide. To make your banner we use high quality materials. When you place an order with us you can rest assured that you will get best quality banners at a very reasonable price.
How do I hang my banner?
Our vinyl banners are meant for both indoor and outdoor applications.�Please refer to our

What is the printing process on Banners?
Our state of the art 8 color digital printing process. We use solvent based printers and dye sublimation process to print your banners.
Are the Banners usable both indoors and outdoors?
You can use the BIO-BANNER both indoors and outdoors. Our BIO-OXFORD banner can be used outdoors for a short term only but should only be used indoors for any long term use.
What sizes are the Banners?
When you place your order you can pick from a wide selection of sizes: from 2 ft x6 ft all the way up to 10 ft x 30 ft. If you need a custom sized banner which is not available on this website, you can call our customer service department and they will be more than happy to assist you. We can fabricate a banner up to the size of 50 ft x 100 ft.

How do I know my order went though?
All orders are confirmed automatically via e-mail within a few minutes of your order.�If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us.
How Do I change or cancel an order?
Once you have placed the order, our system automatically processes it. And the files are sent to the printers for print. If the banner has not been printed already been printed, we can modify or cancel your order. If the banner is printed already there is not much that can be done then. Please contact our customer service.
How Do I make sure I receive important emails from Design Your Prints?
Make sure you check your junk mail box to see if the emails from Greendesignerprints have not been sent there. You can also add support@greendesignerprints.com to your contact list so that future emails do not end up in junk mail.
Returns and Cancellations?
Since all the banners are custom made, no returns can be made, however we shall replace defective products. Defective products must be shipped back to us within two days of receipt of the product. If you plan to make a return, the product must not be used in any form, even for a short period of time.
Are your products warrantied?
Unless specified, no warranty is offered, implied, nor suggested.
